FAQ

What is elitecases?

elitecases is the site where you go enjoying opening fancy CS:GO cases after a long hard day of rushing B.

How do I use elitecases?

Just follow these easy steps:
  1. Log in with your Steam Account.
  2. Add your Trade URL to your profile.
  3. Increase your balance.
  4. Open cases and withdraw your items to your Steam account!

What does "Out of Stock" mean?

We can only have a limited stock of items available in our cases. While a case is out of stock, you can't open it, but we try to refill it as fast as possible. You can always do free test spins.

I have balance on my Steam account, but it is not visible here. Why?

You cannot use your Steam balance on elitecases. You have to increase your balance here.

I paid for credits but my balance did not change. What should I do?

First you should check whether your credit card/account was charged or not. If so, please stay patient. Some payment methods (especially crypto currencies) can take several minutes to be processed. If your balance is still not updated after 15 minutes, please contact our support. Please include a receipt of your payment in your mail.

How can I withdraw my items?

You should make sure that you are able to trade with other users on Steam, otherwise we can't send the items to you. Also, your Steam inventory privacy should be set to Public.
Here's how you change it:
  1. Go to your Steam profile's privacy settings.
  2. Go to the "Invetory" tab and choose "Public - Viewable by anyone on the World-Wide Web".
  3. Click on "Save Changes".
  4. Make sure that you have added your Trade URL to elitecases profile.
  5. You can now click "Withdraw" in your elitecases inventory.

Where can I find my Steam Trade URL?

If you successfully set your profile to "Public" (see the question above), you will find your Steam Trade Offers URL here.
By the way: Whenever you create a new Trade URL, your old one will become invalid. Don't forget to update it on your elitecases profile afterwards.

How will I receive my items?

You will receive your items via trade offers here. You just have to accept them.

What does "Auto-Selling" mean?

Due to technical reasons we cannot keep an unlimited amount of items in our system. That's why we want to encourage you to withdraw the items you like as soon as possible while selling those you don't want anyway. Don't worry: If the Steam network fails and you temporarily can't withdraw your item, the automatic selling is delayed accordingly.
